  Name used as: New entity (basionym) by:  McIntosh 1885 (pages 232-233, illus. Pl.36,fig.6; Pl.18A,fig.9-10.)
  Record locality: Challenger 162, Bass Strait
  Remarks: One posterior (!) fragment, of diameter 5mm. Fig.6 is of parapodium, showing the distinct 'cirrostyle-like' tip of the very large dorsal cirri (but this is more a generic character)
