Aglaophamus of Family Nephtyidae

Aglaophamus Kinberg 1866

Type species: Aglaophamus lyratus Kinberg 1866

Diagnosis of Aglaophamus : Parapodia notopodial interramal cirri involute (inward-curved); preacicular chaetae crossbarred capillaries, postacicular chaetae spinulose capillaries, usually also with lyrate chaetae. Proboscis with 14 rows of papillae (sometimes 22 rows).
