Nicon Kinberg 1866
Type species: Nicon maculata Kinberg 1866
Diagnosis of Nicon : Nereidid with smooth proboscis, without either paragnaths or papillae. Notochaetae homogomph compound spinigers, Neurochaetae homogomph and heterogomph compound spinigers, and heterogomph compound falcigers. Upper notopodial ligules not enlarged.
