Pectinaria Savigny in Lamarck 1818
Type species: Nereis cylindraria belgica Pallas 1766
Diagnosis of Pectinaria : Pectinariid with cephalic veil marginally cirrate, fused or free from operculum, opercular rim smooth or marginally cirrate. Scaphe distinctly set off from the main body. Uncini with major teeth in one or two rows.
